Project Küsnacht Grand
The brief in Project Küsnacht Grand was all about using furnishings to achieve these goals: create two distinct modern family areas in the open plan space while at the same time incorporating meaningful heirlooms from different eras. At the centre of our concept was an antique settee which we decided to keep in its original design, and the room evolved from there to culminate in a combination of woods, styles and patterns that made it fresh and contemporary. In this project we proved that so much can be done with an intentional, smart furniture plan. Rugs, lighting and furniture can define spaces in ways that walls and windows do, except in a lot more cost-effective manner and with the flexibility to adapt to future needs.
